Composer

(Ruski Krstur, 1 August 1937 – Novi Sad, 18 April 1992)

Education: grammar school and “Isidor Bajić”Secondary School of Music (the piano) in Novi Sad; incomplete studies at Belgrade's Faculty of Philosophy; Academy of Music in Belgrade (mid-degree in the piano, and and B.A. in composition (Class of P. Milošević, 1969).  
Career: During the studies in Belgrade, he worked for Radio-Belgrade's music department, first as contributor, and sfter graduation as editor of classical-music programmes; from 1974, held the post of assistant director at Music Production Dept. of Radio-Novi Sad. For some time, headmaster of “Isidor Bajić" Secondary School of Music; upon the foundation of the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad, professor and Dean there.
His output includes vocal compositions, pieces for the piano, orchestral and choral compositions, as well as chamber music and large pieces.
 

18. The second and the third pages were worn out by the kisses of numberless admirers. The fourth one was an "empty horizon", a desert, and he immediately named it The Dune. Desert, Wuste. Plants with long and branched roots. Thick trunks wrapped in sub-skin or bark, short and narrow leaves turned into thorns, or coated with hairs and resin.
