MIHAJLOVIĆ MOLNAR Sanja
Born in 1962 in Subotica.
Finished "Bogdan Šuput" Secondary School of Art and Design (Graphic Design Dept.) in 1981 and graduated from the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad (Graphic Design Dept., Class of Prof. Halil Tikveša and Prof. Živko Đak). She exhibited for the first time at some solo and group exhibitions in 1985. Member of ULUV.
Participated in many group exhibitions in the country and abroad.
One-man exhibitions: Novi Sad (13), Milan, Berlin, Petrovaradin, Zemun, Mataruška Banja.
Awards: Award of the Academy of Arts for graphic design, Novi Sad (1987).

| The fantastic stories that are naturally related to the Fortress and its sometimes pastoral, and sometimes mystic, places in the hearts of its inhabitants, mention the creatures so unbelievable, that no one actually believes in them, although all of them know that the tales are true. Everhidden is the name of the creature that always appears as a trinity; at least we can suppose so, because the Thing has never been seen. It answers with double yapping combined with meowing. When the inhabitants of the Fortress hear this noise, they start turning around themselves in order to see the Everhidden, but to no avail – the Thing is, in whatever direction they turn, always behind them. It is only at the table laid in the wonderful garden, that the Everhidden, intoxicated with fragrances, becomes careless and visible. Sanja Mihajlović has discovered this, because she has come to know herself through others and because she knows that the heavenly peace means sharing of the same Mercy and the same Life. |
