The magic of lines and colours constantly fascinate and stimulate Divna Tilić. After all, she admits, with her eyes encompassing the horizon from one of the Fortress towers, she can never reconcile the line with this One Image she aspires to. Divna Tilić knows that Malevich had made it and that He discovered his Image: the black square white – the white square black. He, the same Malevich, who wrote (with a pen): "It seems to me that with a paint brush it is not possible to create what you can with a pen. The paint brush is ruffled and it cannot reach ones brains – but the pen is much more aggressive". The art of painting had been lived out long ago, believes Divna, and the artist himself is the prejudice of the past.
