VIŠEKRUNA MIKIĆ Minja
Born in Novi Sad in 1975.
Finished "Bogrdan Šuput" Secondary School of Art and Design - Graphic Design Dept. in Novi Sad. Graduated from the Academy of Arts - Visual Arts Dept. (Graphic Communications). Participated in group exhibitions in Novi sad, Belgrade and Rome.
Member of UPIDIV and Art Circle.
Made a study tour in Italy.
Her fine and applied art works are exhibited at private collections in Yugoslavia and Italy.

43. She has welcomed many dawns and twilights on the top of Bašna. The Sun was rising and falling, always the same, in the milky white water. She did not feel either hunger or thirst – then she started to notice other things as well; her nails and hair did not grow any more, her clothes did not get dirty any more, she did not feel the need to urinate, and her wrist-watch stopped. She was caught in a moment that lasted forever, and the drop of sweat that - many days and nights ago - had appeared while she climbed up the Torre, was still at the same place. |
